These Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of services by Netlinks, a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Panama, with identification number Fólio 155733291, located at 50th Street, PH Plaza 2000, 17th Floor, Panama City, Republic of Panama.
1. Acceptance of Terms When you contract Netlinks's services through our website at https://netlinks.agYou ("Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Hiring options
2.1 Contracting with Online Acceptance (+fast) By selecting this option, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and authorise the sending of the link for payment of the monthly scope. The contract is considered formalised between the parties immediately after the order is placed. The contract is automatically renewed on a monthly basis, with no cancellation penalty.
2.2 Hiring on a formal contract (+delayed) If your company requires a formal review and approval process, choose this option. We will send you a contract template to be reviewed and digitally signed via platforms such as Clicksign. Please note that placing an order under this option does not represent an active contract until the contract has been formally signed and payment made.
3. Scope of Services The scope of the contracted services will be defined according to the selections made in the shopping basket. Netlinks undertakes to deliver the services within 30 working days, and there may be an additional delay of up to 30 days without this entailing a refund.
4. Payment Payments will be made according to the methods available in the customer's country, including bank transfers, bank slips, credit cards, etc. Invoices can be issued by Netlinks and sent from the following location: 50th Street, PH Plaza 2000, 17th Floor, Panama City, Republic of Panama. Late payment will result in a fine of 10% and after 10 days the service will be cancelled.
5. Cancellation and fines There is no penalty for cancellation, as long as the client is active and engaged in the project. Otherwise, if the client contracts the services and fails to respond to deliverables or attend meetings, a fine corresponding to two months' worth of the contracted scope will be applied. We ask for a courtesy 30 days' notice to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.
6. Nature of the Service The SEO services offered by Netlinks are a means to an end. We do not guarantee specific results, as we do not control the algorithms of search engines such as Google.
7. Additional conditions:
- 7.1 Content Responsibility in Hosting Plans By contracting a hosting plan with us, the customer agrees that the responsibility for the hosted content, including copyright issues and any other problems that may arise on the site, lies solely with you. This includes, but is not limited to, hacker attacks that directly affect the website layer, such as in the WordPress CMS. The security and integrity of the hosted content is therefore the responsibility of the client.
- 7.2 Backlink Trading Guarantee When you purchase the Backlink Trading service in any range, we offer a 12-month guarantee. 8. Safety and Responsibility Netlinks is not responsible for hacker attacks or security breaches. Our SLA (Service Level Agreement) provides for a response time of up to 24 hours on working days for any request or problem reported.
